The theater is located at the intersection of Route 10 and Route 288 in North Chesterfield. It is situated on 10 acres of land and just minutes from downtown Richmond. The theater has a main stage, surrounded by seating on three sides. There is also a balcony level with stadium-style seating. The Main Stage has a proscenium arch and a complete fly system. The stage is large enough to accommodate a full orchestra and chorus. The backstage area includes dressing rooms, a green room, restrooms, and storage areas.
