We offer roof construction services to architects, home builders, developers, and property owners. All specifications are followed to the industry standards required for each type of roof. We are licensed, bonded and insured in the state of VA. Reliable
All necessary paper work required from us, for your building project to proceeded, will be provided promptly and in the format requested. We understand that delays cause ripples of other problems, such as rescheduling other contractors, changes in material deliveries, and cost overruns.
Permanent and Well-Trained Employees
Sometimes delays come about because of contractors hiring unreliable crews or ill trained employees. All of our employees are trained in various methods of roofing and each is insured against accidents. Our employees understand all specifications must be followed to the standards required for each type of roof by the industry- no short cuts are taken. Good reliable employees are necessary to consistently meet or exceed our clients’ expectations. All employees are subject to random drug tests.
Special Requests Honored
Should the builder have special ways of improving the roof’s performance, we will gladly install those changes except in the case of industry violations- safety of the buildings future inhabitants are something we will not compromise. We are dedicated to building safe, durable, energy efficient and attractive roofs for all of our clients- home owners, builders, developers or office managers, etc.
High Quality Materials and Quality Installation Practices
We use well-known brands of roofing, such as GertainTeed, Tamko, Versico, Owens Corning, and GAF/ELK. These manufactures produce shingles of varying quality from multiple plants and backed up by good warranties. The roof is a system comprised of many components, not just the shingles, and all work together to create the whole. There is the waterproof underlayment (ice shield), the water resistant underlayments (felt), possibly skylights, attic ventilation, shingles and flashings. The best shingles in the world could be used but if one of the roof’s component is installed without the proper attention to necessary detail your roof will leak. Roof leaks may not happen right away but a few years down the road when your roofer could be long gone. You can easily identify high quality materials, but it’s a little harder to determine whether a roofer cares about your roof lasting decades.

Most complaints about roof failures are really about incorrect installations. We don’t hassle our crews to blast through an install to quickly move on to the next one. We know from experience that mistakes in installations and employee accidents happen when safety protocols are not followed, because crews are pushed to go faster than reasonable. Contractors lose money to go back and repair work that should have been done right in the first place and will damage their reputation if it happens a lot. Our crews know safety and proper installation techniques are more important to us and our clients then speed. Call us at (804) 835-6142.
